Payment Policy

Full payment is due at least 24 hours before the session to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

Cancel 24 hours or more before the first session to receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're a first-time private client and feel the first session did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund—no questions asked. This must be done within 24 hours after the session ends.

If I Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be offered either:

A full refund for the canceled session, or

A rescheduled session at no extra cost.
