Satisfaction Guarantee If you're a first-time private client and feel the first session did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund—no questions asked. This must be done within 24 hours after the session ends. If I Need to Cancel In the unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be offered either: A full refund for the canceled session, or A rescheduled session at no extra cost.
