Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel: Cancel 72 hours or more before the first session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule the training or workshop series once at no cost, if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a $200 rebooking fee, depending on the preparation already completed. Satisfaction Guarantee If your group attends the first full session and feels it did not meet expectations, the organizer may request a partial refund (excluding the $500 preparation fee) within 24 hours of the session's end. If I Need to Cancel In the rare event that I must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no extra cost. In-Person Sessions In-person sessions may be available.
