Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel:

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the first session (the Consultation) to receive a full refund.

• Cancel after the Consultation and you'll receive a 75% refund of the total course fee.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule at no cost if you notify me at least 36 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling with less than 36 hours' notice may result in a $100 rebooking fee, depending on the amount of preparation already completed.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare case I must cancel a session, you will be offered either:

• A full refund for the canceled session, or

• A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
