Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel:

• Cancel 72 hours or more before the first session to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule the training or workshop series once at no cost, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a $200 rebooking fee, depending on the preparation already completed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your group attends the first full session and feels it did not meet expectations, the organizer may request a partial refund (excluding the $500 preparation fee) within 24 hours of the session's end.

If I Need to Cancel

In the rare event that I must cancel, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no extra cost.
